Todd Smrke has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Sudbury for over 30 years. Born and raised right here, he knows the local market inside and out—and more importantly, he understands the financial ups and downs that real people face.
What sets Todd apart isn’t just his experience. It’s his deep empathy for people who’ve been through tough times—because he’s been there too.

Rick has been licensed to trade in real estate for over 40 years. Rick has served six years on the Sudbury Real Estate Board as a director, including being president.
Rick also served two years as a Director to the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) in Toronto and as a Director on the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) in Toronto.
